Yes, you can definitely order a replacement boot.

If we order this at the same time we order the shift surround, will you guys install in on the surround or will we get surround with choices and custom boot separate?
If ordered together with the runabout surround, we will install the custom boot already to the surround.

Does this come with a shift boot holder?
Unfotunately No. Every car has a different boot holder. You must reuse your existing factory holder, trim, or ring.
